Welcome to JEBROW at jebrow.com. These terms describe using our store and shopping with us. “We” and “our” refer to JEBROW. Please also read our shipping policy, returns and warranty policy and privacy policy.

1. Using our store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or permission from a parent or guardian. Protect your account details and report unauthorised activity. Interfering with site security, uploading malicious content and placing fraudulent orders are prohibited.

2. Products and information

We offer electronics, outdoor products, home storage and small appliances. Before ordering, check the model, colour, size, quantity, specifications and included accessories. We aim to provide accurate descriptions; screen settings can affect how colours appear. Contact us if anything is unclear. Accessories and decorations shown in photos are not included unless stated in the description. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Prices and payments

Prices for our European Union market are shown in euros (EUR), automatically converted using Shopify’s current exchange rate. Prices may include a currency conversion fee. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts, available payment methods and the final total are shown before payment. Prices for future orders may change. A later price change does not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.

4. Orders, changes and cancellations

Check your order before submitting it. An automatic confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfilment depends on availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfil an order or identify a material pricing or description error, we will contact you with the available options. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If an order is cancelled, we will refund payments for the cancelled items and any related shipping charges that no longer apply.

Email change or cancellation requests promptly with your order number. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated before dispatch. After dispatch, our returns policy applies. This does not limit your statutory rights.

5. Delivery across the European Union

Orders are dispatched from Poland. Standard delivery is free across all 27 European Union countries, with no minimum order value. Contact us before purchasing for dispatch and delivery information for a particular product and destination. An estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery date. Contact us if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Returns and refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Email jefferybrow94@gmail.com with your order number, product and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, include a description and photos where possible. Keep the item and packaging while the issue is reviewed. The time for a refund to appear may depend on your payment provider. We can help check an approved refund if needed.

7. Electronics warranty

Electronic products include a one-year commercial warranty from delivery. Include your order number, model and a description of the issue when requesting help. Follow the instructions and electrical specifications for installation, charging and use. This warranty supplements your statutory rights and remedies; it does not replace or limit them.

8. Privacy and third-party services

Our privacy policy explains how data is processed. We use Shopify and service providers that support shopping, payments and delivery. External sites may have their own terms and policies. Using their services does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.

9. Content and site availability

Text, designs, trademarks and images belong to us or are used with the owners’ permission. You may use them for your own shopping. Commercial use requires permission from the rights holder. Technical or maintenance interruptions may occur. Please report any issue affecting your order.

10. Consumer rights

These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights, statutory guarantees, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our returns period and commercial warranty do not remove rights relating to goods that are defective or do not match their description or contract.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Singapore law without depriving consumers of protection under mandatory laws applicable to them. Please contact us to discuss any dispute. You may use available consumer assistance, dispute resolution and legal remedies. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date; they apply prospectively and do not retrospectively limit rights under existing orders.
